• Verdon Parc 3 biggest buildings (the more recently built) have a total of 1308 condominiums.

• Parking spaces are only available for about half the residences.

• Available parking spaces remaining currently range between 800k to 750k.

• The pricing depends on availability, location and size.

Pricing and Payment Structure:

It is idea to reserve your space as soon as possible.

10k holds a space for 1 month.

12% payable in 36 months

After 36 months the rest is paid, usually as a loan from a bank.

There is also the Government Closing Fee charge of 10.5% payable at this time.

Example, for a 750k Parking Space:

12% of 750k = 90k

Less 10k Reservation = 80k to pay over 36 months (2,222 pesos/month)

Closing Fee of 10.5% of 750k = 78,750 pesos

At 36 months...660k + 78,750 to pay = 738,750 pesos.

Example, for a 750k Parking Space a month after buying a condo:

If your decision to get a parking space was a month later, then you will need to catch up this extra month with your payments on the condo purchase...

20% of 750k = 150k (12% no longer available, but it does not mean you pay more overall)

Less 10k Reservation = 140k to pay over 35 months (4,000 pesos/month)

Closing Fee of 10.5% of 750k = 78,750 pesos

At 36 months...600k + 78,750 to pay = 678,750 pesos.
